INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING TRAFFIC CITATIONS:
If the City of Norcross Police Department has issued you a traffic citation, you may be able to pay the fine without appearing in court. Some violoations require a mandatory court appearance. These violations are listed below. For non-mandatory charges you have the choice of pleading guilty and paying the fine prior to court or appearing in court on the court date written on the front of your citation. Only a plea of guilty can be accepted outside of court. If you plan to plea otherwise you must come to court.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Cash, debit/credit card, certified check or money order
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS! WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY PHONE!
IN PERSON:
You may pay your bond/fine in person during normal office hours. Please read, sign and remit the yellow copy of the citation to the court office upon payment. No payments will be accepted after 12 noon on day of court.
BY MAIL:
If you are going to mail a payment you will need to read and sign the yellow copy of the citation. Payment must be received prior to court date. Please send this copy with your payment. Payments should be mailed and made payable to:
Norcross Municipal Court, 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross GA 30071.
BY INTERNET:
You may pay citations that do not require mandatory appearance up to one day before court date on line at www.ticketfastpay.com. Choose Norcross, GA then follow instructions given.
WARNING:
If you fail to appear for court, or oif your payment does not reach the court clerk's office by the court date, a warrant may be issued for your arrest and/or your driver's license may be suspended.

- SPEEDING IN EXCESS OF 24(OR MORE) MILES OVER THE LIMIT
- NO INSURANCE--
- SUSPENDED REGISTRATION
