Governing Documents
The Norcross Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is a public corporation created by the Norcross City Council under the authority of State law. The responsibility of the DDA in planning Norcross’ future is to focus on historic preservation; to promote economic growth; to promote a community oriented toward family values; to maintain a safe environment; and to diversify Norcross’ flavor in a way that will be inviting to all citizens to come and spend time with us.
