Human Resources
The heartbeat of any city is interaction with people and the function of Human Resources is to connect the right people with the needs of the city. Functions of the department include:
  • Interviewing and the application processes
  • New employee orientation
  • Recruiting candidates to fill vacant positions
  • Working with new employees to be sure that they meet all qualifications

We administer all benefits that are offered and provided for the city employees as well as maintain all Personnel Records.

Additional Duties
Aside from offering benefits that demonstrate the commitment of the city government to serve the public through dedicated employees to enforcing policies that have been placed by the U.S. and State Governments, we have the opportunity to impact lives in the city of Norcross.
