Additional details:
  • If your citations have not been paid prior to your court date, you or your attorney must appear to address those citations.
  • When paying with debit or credit cards, you must be present and be prepared to present your valid ID.
  • As of 4/1/2014, all credit/debit card payments will incur a processing fee.  You can avoid these fees by paying with cash, money order, or certified check. 
  • You may pay your fine in person during normal business hours.

By Mail
We accept mailed payments in the form of certified checks and money orders. If you are going to mail a payment, please write your citation number on your payment. Please allow five business days for processing your payment. Payments should be mailed and made payable to:

Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a copy of your receipt.

If you fail to appear for court, or if your payment does not reach the court clerk's office prior to the court date, a warrant may be issued for your arrest and/or your driver's license may be suspended by the Department of Driver Services.

You may pay citations that do not require mandatory appearance by midnight one day prior to your court date at http://www.norcrosscourt.com. Follow the instructions given at the site. If you are having problems paying online, please contact our office prior to your assigned court date so we may assist you with processing your payment before the deadline.

There is an additional fee for processing your citation online. If you do not receive a reference number after completing your payment, the transaction was not successful. We recommend you do not wait until just before the deadline to pay online.
