Overview

The Development Authority is dedicated to the development, growth, and preservation of all business areas and works to advance projects.

Projects in Progress
The Development Authority has turned its promotional efforts to attracting economic development to the downtown area and expanding the area toward Buford Highway. In doing so, they are integrating the appropriate parts of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan, the 2010 Parking Study, the Town Center LCI, the Redevelopment Area Overlay District, the Gwinnett Village CID plan for Buford Highway, and additional input from the citizens of Norcross.
