The Comprehensive Plan is updated at a minimum of every five years. Norcross is currently in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan with the consulting team at Jacobs in addition developing a new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) which will combine all zoning and development regulations into one complete or unified document for ease of reference. To follow process, leave comments, and to see draft items and documents, please visit the plan page at www.imagineourfuture.org. To see the current 2034 Comprehensive Plan, click here.
