The Purchasing Department is responsible for procuring commodities and services for City departments. The division develops and solicits both formal and informal procurements, including: quotes, Requests for Proposal (RFP) and bid documents.  The goal of the Purchasing Department is to provide unequaled customer service and obtain the best value in procurement services.  The best value is defined as delivering the right goods or service, at the right time, to the right place, from the right source, and at the right price. The Purchasing Division solicit Bids, RFPs and Quotes for many different goods and services including but not limited to professional services, vehicles, supplies, furniture and office supplies.
