Utility Payments


Customer payments are required to be received on or before 5:00pm on the 15th of each month. Payments received after 5:00pm on the 15th will incur a 10 percent (10%) penalty, plus a $5.00 notice fee on the balance of the unpaid account.  If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment can be dropped in the night drop box located on the side near the drive thru window. 

 

For those accounts that are not paid by 10:00am on cut-off day (which is stated on the late notice), there is an additional fee of $50 added to the account for reconnection before 5pm. After 5pm, the fee for reconnection is $75.

 

Online payments are accepted at any time with the use of a Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover card.  At the present time, there is no charge for this service.  To pay online choose which bill you would like to pay, and click on "Pay a Bill Online" button at the bottom of the page. Follow the steps to register your account online (must have your last payment amount).  No need to contact the office, as your payment is posted instantly to your account.

 

We also have the option to enroll in the bank draft program which allows for the automatic debit of your monthly utility bill from your bank account.  This is currently a no-cost service.  You continue to receive a monthly bill for review.  Most importantly, you save time and money. Just complete the ACH form located on the General Government Home Page, and attach  a voided check and mail to 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, GA 30071.
