Norcross Power is the community power resource. However, some parts of the city limits are serviced Georgia Power and Jackson EMC. For new services, discontinuing and transferring services, account information, and billing, call the Customer Call Center at 770-448-2122 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
