Rental Rates
Facilities at City of Norcross Parks follow the following rate schedule:

* Amphitheater rental requires special event application. Approval from the event committee is needed to move forward with an event (in addition to the automatic confirmation for booking).

Rental Rules & Usage Policies
Alcohol, Tobacco & Music
Absolutely NO alcohol, tobacco or amplified music allowed on the premises. For special permissions, contact the Parks & Recreation Department for further details.Tents
No tents are allowed on the premises.Celebration Debris
No confetti, flower leaf petals or small debris are permitted for celebration.Group Responsibility
You are responsible for your group and/or party’s actions and conduct during your reservation.Shelter Protection
No nails, staples or other objects can be used to puncture any portion of the shelter.
- Cancellation Conditions
Your current and future reservation requests may be canceled if the following should occur including inclement weather, death in the family, etc. - Payment Requirements
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your event or depending on when the reservation has been reserved. - Cancellation Notice
Groups must provide at least two business days' notice of cancellation of their booking. We reserve the right to partially refund fees when cancellation occurs less than two business days in advance of the original reservation. - Contract Changes & Cancellations
Contract changes and cancellations will only be accepted from the individual originally booking the facility(s). - Responsibility During Use
Your group must assume responsibility for providing adequate supervision, facility cleanliness and general order while using the facility. Garbage Should be disposed of in containers provided nearby. - Property Damage Fees
Damage and/or destruction of the above-named property(s) will result in repair and/or replacement fees billed directly to you, over and above the deposit amount. - Vacating Assistance
If you have made a reservation and someone won’t respectfully vacate, we recommend calling the Parks & Recreation Department at 770-448-6615 or if you need an officer for an urgent reason, you can contact 770-448-2111 Ext. 2199, and an officer will then be sent to your location to assist you. This will help avoid unnecessary confrontations.
- City Authority
In all circumstances, the City of Norcross retains full authority for final approval and denial of facility reservation requests. - Permit Requirement
A permit must be present at the rental site during the event. - Shelter Occupancy
If a facility is rented, persons in the shelter must vacate for the paid renters. To avoid conflicts, please check with Parks & Recreation Department staff to confirm. - Payment Verification
A paid renter must be able to produce a paid receipt either digitally or in paper format for staff/or police. - First-Come, First-Served Basis
Facilities that are not rented can be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check with Parks & Recreation Department staff to confirm. - Grill Usage Guidelines
The provided grills, if applicable, may be used. No other grills can be brought in unless they are equal to or less than 48 inches, 4 feet, in height and 60 inches, 5 feet, wide. - Restrictions on Inflatables and Setups
No inflatables or any other setup is allowed outside of the facility. - Food Truck Guidelines
Food trucks are only allowed for catering purposes to a paid renter. No sales are allowed to other park users. The renter listed on their reservation must ensure that all vendors have the following documentation to vend within the city including a business license, certificate of insurance listing The City of Norcross & Elected Officials, Health Department and Fire Safety Certificate of Inspection, or, in the case of a mobile pushcart, an approved permit from the Georgia Department of Agriculture. - Facility Rental Clarification
“Facility rentals” mean you are renting only the pavilion, gazebo, amphitheater, portion of park, athletic field, etc. This does not include the playground, trails, parking or general area surrounding the pavilion.
