1. What is the current Millage Rate?

The 2023 Millage Rate for the City of Norcross is 6.249. This amount was voted on and approved by the Mayor and Council on August 7, 2023.

2. Can I pay my tax bill online?

Yes. Citizens can now access their tax bills online at norcrosspay.com, where they can search for their tax bill four different ways, view/print their tax bill, then pay for one or multiple tax bills at once using any major credit card or e-check. Uppercase letters are required to search.

3. When will I receive my property tax bill?

Tax bills are mailed on September 15th of each year and due on November 15th of each year.

4. How do I request a payoff of taxes.

5. What is a storm water user fee and why does the city charge this fee?

The storm water user fee is a charge billed to all residents, businesses, institutions, agencies and organizations located in the City of Norcross. The collected money can only be spent on local storm water management and improvements such as storm drain repairs and upgrades.
