Click here to submit an Open Records Request. Before submitting your request, please ensure the address you are requesting records for is inside the City Limits of Norcross.
You will not be charged for the first fifteen minutes that it takes to research your request. After that, you will be charged the hourly rate of the lowest-paid person qualified to answer the question. It is 10 cents per page for copies.

You may access the Council Docket on-line for the upcoming City Council meetings. All Minutes and Agendas are available here.

The public may address the Mayor and Council on matters of concern. All members of the public who wish to address the Council can submit their name and the topic of their comments to the City Clerk at least three business days before the Council meeting. Five minutes are allotted, and comments should be limited to the chosen topic. These limits can be waived by a majority vote of the Council.
