Can I speak at the City Council Meeting?

The public may address the Mayor and Council on matters of concern. All members of the public who wish to address the Council can submit their name and the topic of their comments to the City Clerk at least three business days before the Council meeting. Five minutes are allotted, and comments should be limited to the chosen topic. These limits can be waived by a majority vote of the Council.
