Requests for payment arrangements should be emailed to arr@norcrossga.net no later than the day before the due date printed on your monthly bill. The customer service staff will review and respond to your request within 24 hours.

Yes. Enrolling in the bank draft program allows for the automatic debit of your monthly utility bill from your bank account on the 7th of the month. There is currently no cost for this service. You will continue to receive a monthly bill for review.
