Open Records Requests can be submitted online at JustFOIA, from the Records Department in person, via fax request to, via email request to records@norcrosspd.com, or by phone at 770-448-2111. After the first 15 minutes is it $17.17 per hour.

With a Criminal History Request Form signed by the individual to be checked and valid identification, the Norcross Police Department can perform a criminal history check only within the state of Georgia for a $20 fee. Our Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Expungement / Record Restriction requires the following documentation: 1. A completed expungement application form 2. A Georgia criminal history 3. Copy of ID 4. Certified copy of the disposition The cost is $25. You will need to appear in person to our Records Department at 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, GA 30071.

If your ticket was issued by a Norcross Police Officer, you will need to come to the City of Norcross Municipal Court or you may also contact them directly at 770-448-2173.
