With a Criminal History Request Form signed by the individual to be checked and valid identification, the Norcross Police Department can perform a criminal history check only within the state of Georgia for a $20 fee. Our Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Open Records Requests can be submitted online at JustFOIA, from the Records Department in person, via fax request to, via email request to records@norcrosspd.com, or by phone at 770-448-2111. After the first 15 minutes is it $17.17 per hour.
Incident reports are available within 3-5 business days and may be requested online at JustFOIA, from the Records Department in person, or via email (only with a personal email address; send email to records@norcrosspd.com). The Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If your ticket was issued by a Norcross Police Officer, you will need to come to the City of Norcross Municipal Court or you may also contact them directly at 770-448-2173.
