At minimum, your application will need to include a site drawing that shows the dimensional requirement you wish to vary. The application form has a detailed description of the submittal requirements. Although not necessary, we strongly recommend you meet with the city planner prior to submitting your application. Each request is unique, and we would like the opportunity to guide you through the process.

Filing deadlines are the fourth Thursday of each month. Applications will be heard the fourth Thursday of the following month at an evening meeting. We recommend you attend the meeting to answer questions from the board.
