This four-story senior living apartment complex is being constructed at the corner of Buford Highway and Giles Street. The project consists of 70 units (39 one-bedrooms and 31 two-bedrooms) on a 2.7-acre site.

Construction has been in effect since March 2023; a clearance letter was issued April 20, 2023. Construction should take about 18 to 24 months depending upon the weather.
