We are aware of the Government Windows system outage. This outage impacted both utility and tax customers. Taxpayers simply need to call us to see if the payments were received at 770-448-2122 and press “0”.
If not received, options for payment include: phone payment, in-person payment or schedule another payment through Government Windows. Utility customers may also do likewise, but they may have incurred penalties and fees. The City of Norcross will remove those fees immediately. The online system is working now.
