For two weeks, the city is accepting applications for the Norcross Public Arts Commission, Sustainable Norcross Commission, Historic Preservation Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals are due Friday, May 17 at 6:00 p.m. Please contact Deputy City Clerk Shayla Alexis (shayla.alexis@norcrossga.net) to submit your application to serve.

The mission of the Norcross Public Arts Commission is to cultivate a growing, creative arts community and to promote continuous growth and development of our neighboring cultural resources.

Sustainable Norcross Commission
The Sustainable Norcross Commission is established to educate and inspire Norcross residents and businesses to be leaders in sustainability.

Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission is the city-appointed body tasked with administering the City’s review process by applying the standards of the Architectural and Site Design Standards Manual.

Zoning Board Of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals exists to hear and decide appeals of any decision or determination made by the Community Development Director or Building Official in the enforcement, administration and interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance and to hear appeal in specific cases where, owning to special conditions, a literal interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance in an individual case will result in an unnecessary hardship.
