[ARCHIVED] Plan Ahead! Temporary Road Closures For Upcoming Events This Weekend.

Plan ahead! We have two exciting events happening this weekend, which will necessitate some road closures. Please see below for details:

For the Summer Concert Series please be advised that Park Dr. from N. Peachtree to Thrasher will be closed temporarily this Friday, June 21, from 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. for the Summer Concert Series in Thrasher Park.

For Jazz In The Alley, please note there will be several parking lot and road closures ahead of and during the event. For parking, please note that there will be no parking allowed after midnight on Saturday, June 22, at the following locations: 

  • Betty Mauldin Parking Lot
  • Jones St. between College St. and S. Peachtree St.
  • City Hall Parking Area next to the drive-through behind Betty Mauldin Parking Lot

Additionally, there will be temporary street closures on Saturday, June 22, at the following times and locations:

  •  Betty Mauldin Parking Lot: Closed from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • City Hall Parking Area between Lawrenceville St. and Parking Lot behind Betty Mauldin Park: Closed from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Jones St.: Closed from S. Peachtree St. to College St., and Lawrenceville St. from the City Hall Parking Lot to Jones St. from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Please note, the City Hall Parking Lot will still be accessible during this time.
