The City of Norcross is implementing a new homestead exemption approved by Georgia voters by Constitutional Amendment. Norcross property owners received their Annual Notice of Assessment from Gwinnett County. The Notice was recently resent to homestead property owners because the original county notice excluded the fixed $9,000 or $18,000 city exemption that is applied in addition to the new changes.
