The City of Norcross experienced a system outage on Monday, August 11, which is affecting online, kiosk, and phone payment services. We are working closely with our third-party vendors to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
As a courtesy, all late fees and penalties will be waived through Wednesday, August 20 for any customer impacted by this issue.
Customers may still make payments in person at City Hall during regular business hours.
