Homeowners who previously registered for a regular homestead exemption through Gwinnett County and/or the City of Norcross do not need to reapply for the new city exemption. Additional clarification will be provided within the next several days for homeowners who are eligible for the city’s new senior homestead exemption since eligibility differs from that for both Gwinnett County and Board of Education senior exemptions.
