Our General Government Administration Department (the department that handles payments for utilities, among other services) is temporarily short-staffed due to unforeseen, non-COVID related circumstances. In order to better assist customers during this temporary period (no longer than a month), the department has decided to close the drive-through window so staff can be reassigned to other services. For those of you who like to use the drive-through to pay bills so as to avoid coming into the building, we wanted to assure you that there are still many other contactless ways to make a payment. These include:
*Drop-box for checks/money orders (No Fee)
*Auto-draft (Free & processed once a month around the 7th)
*Credit/Debit cards online or IVR (2.5% fee based on the payment amount)
