Mission
The mission of the Planning & Zoning Board is to be advisory in nature and view all matters before them in full recognition of the criteria set forth in the city land use plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Planning & Zoning Board shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Make recommendations to the City Council on rezoning applications, special use permits, and changes to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance
Meetings
P&Z meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room.

P&Z is a five-member board serving four-year terms. All members shall be residents of the City.
