The City of Norcross provides electric service for its customers, depending on the service address. Also, through a partnership between Norcross and Gas South, residential and business customers can save money on natural gas. The city offers sanitation, lawn debris and recycling collection through a contractual agreement with Advanced Disposal for both residents and business owners

Customers moving into the city or transferring their existing account within the city must do so at City Hall. Residential customers will need to bring a completed residential service application, copy of a current lease or proof of ownership and a government issued ID. A $250 deposit is required for all residential renters. Commercial customers should bring a completed commercial service application, copy of a current lease or proof of ownership and a government issued ID. Deposit amount will vary based on the level of service provided.
