Become A Poll Official for the 2025 General Election

The City of Norcross is seeking dependable, civic-minded individuals to serve as poll officials for the upcoming 2025 Municipal Election.

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible to serve as a poll official in the City of Norcross if you are:

  • A U.S. citizen
  • A Georgia resident
  • At least 16 years old
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Willing to attend mandatory training

No prior experience is required—just bring your professionalism, reliability, and commitment to your community.

Important Dates


Advance Voting:
Tuesday, October 14 – Friday, October 31
Saturdays: October 18 & October 25
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Election Day:
Tuesday, November 4
Polls open from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

How To Apply?

You can apply in one of two ways:

  1. Complete the application online. Submit your application directly through the City’s website using the Poll Official Application Form (Online).
  2. Download and submit the PDF Download the Poll Official Application Form (PDF). Once completed, email the form to cityclerk@norcrossga.net.
